We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented and licensed Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are developed to a high standard of accuracy and adhere to regulatory standards, specifications, and quality requirements.

Three to Ten years’ experience in design., in commercial construction, with Autodesk Revit is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree.
  • Licensed to practice architecture in Georgia and possibly other states.
  • The successful candidate must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk software, and will be responsible for project development including space planning, site planning, elevation design, detailing, specifications, and renderings. The candidate must be able to prepare architectural plans & specifications, presentation materials and other drafting tasks while supervising and collaborating with other team members.
  • Experience working with other trades for coordination of drawings. Ability to read and understand different trade drawings and detect conflicts.
  • Able to balance multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-Starter and shows initiative.

Key Objectives:

Capable of creating functional and accurate BIM models for new and existing structures and spaces. Generate 2D detail drawings and construction documents from the model including, but not limited to, floor plans, elevations, building sections, walls sections, details, doors and window details, millwork details, and roofing plans.

  • Work includes, but is not limited to, K-12 Schools, Municipal Government, and Commercial Buildings.
  • Assure that the quality of design and drafting is accurate and complete.
  • Able to balance multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, and/or Adobe Programs is preferred.
  • Self-driven, positive attitude, be a team-player, take initiative, and be detail-oriented.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers.
  • Ability to independently create standard details required for a project.
  • Assure that the quality of design and drafting is accurate and complete.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, project schedules, consultants, and clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects adhere to regulatory standards, specifications, and quality requirements. As a Construction Inspector, you will play a crucial role in monitoring construction activities, conducting inspections, reviewing submittals and pay requests, and providing feedback to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess construction progress and compliance with Construction Documents, building codes, and regulations.
  • Review construction plans, specifications, and documents to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and report any deviations from approved plans or specifications and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of construction activities and findings.
  • Review submittals, pay requests, requests for information (RFI’s), change orders, closeout documents, and other documentation during the construction phase.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred or extensive experience in the commercial construction field.
  • Previous experience in construction inspection or related field.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • A positive attitude, be a team-player, take initiative, and be detail-oriented.
