A new 126,000 square foot facility that accommodates 1,300 students from kindergarten through 12th grade on one site was completed in the summer of 2018. Grades K through 5 are separated from grades 6 through 12 with a shared core area of administration, media, and cafeteria, which reduces administration costs.
Also included on the site are two gymnasiums, two music rooms, art suites, technology and special education classrooms and three vocational education suites, including ROTC. With all of the latest technology incorporated, the new facility provides Wilcox County with a state-of-the-art school that made the most effective use of their budget.
