Caroline Ward joined SRJ in 2020. Caroline brings a wealth of talent and knowledge to the SRJ Design Team in the area of Interior Design. She is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to efficiently and effectively improving learning environments and other diverse spaces through her designs including space planning, finishes, and furnishings.

What makes you smile?
I find myself with a smile across my face when I help a client’s vision come to fruition. From first meeting the client and forming a lasting relationship, to seeing the client proud of what has been created through teamwork and collaboration. This always reminds me that buildings really do have such an impact on the inhabitants.
When I’m not at work, my joy comes from quality time. I’m happiest with a laid-back weekend riding around at family farm with a fish fry planned for dinner from a successful morning my husband had at the pond.
