A new development within the Historic District of Albany, Georgia for Innovative Housing Initiatives. This 28-unit elderly housing development included an on-site Community Center, Office, and Laundry. Site and building design was adapted from the surrounding historic residential neighborhood. Funded through the Section 202 Program with HUD.
