This project was a new competition football field and track stadium in the location of the existing practice track and practice football field behind Mitchell County High School.
It included a new 8-lane competition track, fencing, scoreboard, home bleachers and press box, visitors' bleachers, ticket booths, concessions buildings, and restroom buildings.
